ISOCROSS 100 is a powdered dietary supplement based on Isolac® whey protein isolates obtained by cross-flow micro-filtration. It has excellent biological value, extremely good digestibility and is instantly soluble in water or milk.

ISOCROSS 100 contains an exclusive Enzymix® enzyme mixture that enhances the digestibility of the product, resulting in faster absorption of nutrients.

ISOCROSS 100 Contains Vitamin B6, which contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue, and Vitamin D, which aids the normal absorption/use of calcium in the bones and the maintenance of muscle function.

Ingredients

Isolated whey protein (Carbery Isolac® instant) (contains emulsifier: soy lecithin) 92%, skimmed cocoa powder, flavourings, thickening agent: xanthan gum; sweetener: steviol glycosides; colecalciferol (vitamin D), EnzyMix [mixture of enzymes (amylase, protease, glucosamylase, lipase, cellulase, lactase, pectinase) from maltodextrin fermented from Aspergillus Oryzae], D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), nicotinamide (niacin), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), beta carotene, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).

Directions for use

The recommended daily intake is 30 g (equivalent to 2 scoops) dissolved in 300-350 ml of water, preferably between meals. For best results, the product should be taken within 30 minutes of finishing your training.
